PartnerCon LA Ruled!

I had the greatest time at Pictage‘s PartnerCon LA this week. It was also my first chance to give a sneak peek on the project I’ve been working on for months. It’s called Fast Track Photographer.

It was just such a treat to reconnect and meet new friends. I love what PartnerCon has grown into. It was incredible. Plus, you guys were so encouraging! Thank you thank you!! Your kind words often carry me. I’m super thankful.
I’m also thinking I’ll do a handful of photo minute’s on some of what I shared in more bite size chunks over the next few weeks just so more of you can get in the photographer/photography distinction and so that those of you who missed PartnerCon might join the conversation.

Dane it was so great to meet you, and feel your love. You’re an amazing person with a big heart. And your presentation was my favorite at Partnercon!! I’m feeling so inspired and appreciate all that you give back to our wonderful community.

Dane, it was great to meet you and hear your presentation. Your words really stuck with me and encouraged me. Thank you for reminding me of what I want my business to look like: one that is an expression of of my values and my faith. There is so much freedom when I look at it that way.! So thanks!

Your PartnerCon presentation was inspiring, insightful, and intelligent. The photographer/ photography distinction really spoke to me. You were able to articulate a feeling I had about how I wanted to run my business, and at the same time pointed out all the ways I’ve been falling into the the “photography” trap. Your presentation was amazing and just rocked my world. I am so excited and energized!
I thank you from the bottom of my heart – and yet it still seems to not be enough to express my gratitude for you and your amazing and generous spirit.

Hi Dane, I’m so sad that I missed PartnerCon… Bob said your preso ROCKED! Wish I could have been there to hear it. God knows I need to prioritize better! Seriously, though…you are truly incredible, Dane! I’m SOO sad about not being able to make it to Partnercon!! Your new project is INCREDIBLE!! I’m soo happy for YOU and soo excited for everyone who will have their eyes opened by it, just as I did when you told me about it!!

It was so great to see you, Dane! You are such a joy to be around! I love your kind spririt and genuine heart. Thank you for taking a moment to talk “preemies” with me. It was very encouraging, and I am loving what you told me about the wall of hands. I can’t wait to approach our local NICU’s with that idea. So awesome!!

Looking forward to seeing what you have for us. Wish I could have been at meet all of you. But I signed up and will be referring some of my photographer friends who love talking to me about photography. It seems very exciting.
